Every guest request, answered faster.

One Guest Care card in every room. Guests tap or scan with their phone to rate their stay, ask housekeeping, report a repair or send an urgent alert. Your staff see it instantly on KR17, with the room number already filled in. No app for guests, no phone tag with the front desk.

Built in Reno by 3KsAutomation. Try the guest side yourself: open the demo card.

How it works

Tap, route, done, and every step is timed.

Guests already have the phone in their hand. Guest Care turns it into a direct line to the right team, and KR17 makes sure someone owns every request.

1

Guest taps or scans

The NFC card or QR code in the room opens a page with four big buttons. No app, no login, no phone call.

2

The right team gets it

Housekeeping, maintenance or security see it on KR17 with a chime, the room number and a running timer. Urgent alerts also text on-duty staff.

3

Done, logged and reported

Staff claim it and mark it complete. Every request lands in your own Google Sheet by department, and in a monthly report.

Tell us how we did

A 30-second rating that reaches managers while the guest is still there. Every guest sees the same optional Google review link.

Housekeeping

Towels, pillows, toiletries, cribs and missed cleans, sent straight to housekeeping.

Room maintenance

AC or heat, leaks, TVs, lights and locks, routed to engineering with the room filled in.

Rapid Response

Urgent help, including a silent option, goes to every on-duty staff member at once. Guests are told to call 911 first.

Why it pays

Questions

Common questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Tapping the NFC card or scanning the QR code opens a web page on any modern phone.

Does Rapid Response call 911?

No. KR17 helps your staff respond faster. Guests are told to call 911 first for life-threatening emergencies, and the alert goes to every on-duty staff member with the room number.

What if nobody answers a request?

Every request shows a running timer. Requests waiting more than 10 minutes are flagged to supervisors, and urgent alerts can also be texted to on-duty security and managers.

Do we need new hardware or a PMS integration?

No. Staff use a tablet or their phones in a browser. Tablets are optional: use your own for a $49 one-time setup each, or get ours at $349 each to keep ($29 a month to rent), a 3-tablet kit for $949 ($79 a month) or a 5-tablet kit for $1,499 ($125 a month).

Who owns the data?

You do. It's kept for 12 months, it's never sold, and you can get a full export at any time.

How fast can we start?

Most properties go live within a week of the onboarding checklist: cards written and placed, staff logins printed, and a 30-minute staff walkthrough.

Start with a 30-day pilot for $199.

The full $199 comes off setup if you stay. Kevin will set up a card for every room on the pilot and train your team.
